All accessory pieces may be returned within two weeks for a full refund. Original packaging must be intact unless product was damaged in transit. Although Kirk can recommend both local and long-distance furniture delivery companies, Kirk is not responsible for any damage that may occur after leaving the premises of its gallery or warehouse. Any damage claims must be filed with the shipping company used. The customer is wholly responsible for all furniture delivery charges, both local and long-distance, as well as 8.25% sales tax for all products delivered to addresses within the state of Texas.
